Click “Create My Account” to complete your registration.
Visit the TPS Shop website and click “Shop” at the top of the page.
Select the product category you wish to purchase from.
On the product listing page, choose the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
Go to your cart to proceed to checkout.
Fill in the required information and choose your preferred payment method.
Complete your payment.

Once your payment is complete, TPS Shop will arrange delivery based on the weight of your purchased item(s):
Items under 150 kg – shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)
Items over 150 kg – shipped within one week
If your desired item is out of stock, please contact us to confirm availability. We will ship it as soon as it is ready.
We also offer flexible shipping options — if you need an item urgently, we can arrange express delivery.
Delivery options include courier, sea freight, and air freight.
If you have paid for your order but no longer wish to receive the item(s):
Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the homepage.
Select “My Orders” on the left side of the page.
Click the order you want to cancel.
Leave a message under the order or send us an e-mail. Our customer service team will cancel the order for you and send confirmation.
