Description

30-Second Fit Check
  • Output range fits your system: 0–15V, 0–20A (up to 300W).
  • Key differentiator: low-voltage/high-current programmable supply with separate V/I/P display and hardware list output.
  • Workflow: Separate voltage/current/power display and hardware list output for repeatable profiles..
  • Need repeatable automated steps? Hardware list/sequence output is specified on this model.
  • Integration: PC control via optional RS485/RS232/USB (options vary).
  • Input power: 110V input or 100V/220V manual switching (per configuration).
What it is + Why it matters
  • A programmable switching DC bench supply designed for repeatable test procedures and faster station setup.
  • List/sequence capabilities help you run the same steps every time—useful for validation, burn-in, and automated checks.
  • Preset memories reduce operator variation and speed up changeovers.
Key Specs
  • Output: 0–15V, 0–20A
  • Max power: 300W
  • Programmability: list/sequence output
  • Power readout: supported
Integration & Controls
  • PC control via optional RS485/RS232/USB (options vary).
  • Front-panel output control is specified (ON/OFF or enable key, model dependent).
  • If you need automation: specify interface, command/control environment, and whether list steps are required.
Best for / Not for
  • Best for: Low-voltage high-current R&D benches needing repeatable profiles
  • Best for: Production lines powering demanding DUTs with controlled ramps
  • Best for: Industrial test setups requiring explicit protection features
  • Not for: DUTs needing above 15V output
  • Not for: High-voltage module validation (choose 60V/100V/150V)
Typical Applications
  • Low-voltage high-current R&D
  • Production test lines
  • Repair benches with automated profiles
  • Industrial test setups
Selection Checklist
  • Confirm your DUT stays within 0–15V, 0–20A and 300W at worst case.
  • Decide whether you need remote comms (Y/N) and which interface (RS485/RS232/USB).
  • Define your workflow: manual presets vs. programmable list/sequence.
  • Plan wiring/fixture: appropriate lead gauge and short runs to reduce drop and improve stability.
  • If you have inrush or sensitive DUTs, set current limit first, then enable output.
Reliability & Protections
  • OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, and short-circuit protection are specified.
RFQ Quick Checklist: quantity • target delivery • DUT voltage/current range • need list/sequence (Y/N) • comms (RS485/RS232/USB) (Y/N) • install/fixture constraints.
Note: Final compliance and performance depend on your end-product design, wiring, and verification testing.
